We have strong partnerships with nonprofit organizations across the country that are working to advance economic mobility and social progress in low income communities. Our focus areas include basic needs like health, medicine, food, education, and community development. 

In addition to our philanthropic investments, we also encourage our employees to make a difference by offering robust employee giving and volunteering programs, including the opportunity to direct funds to organisations they support through volunteer efforts, and a matching gifts program that doubles their individual giving to causes they care about.

As a well recognised brand, we attract a huge amount of sponsorship requests. In order to meet our sponsorship objectives, it is Mutual Life's policy not to sponsor the following categories:
  • Political or religious associations
  • Sponsorship events or companies which already have given significant brand exposure for our competitors.
  • Sponsorship of events that are perceived to have or encompass a violent or dangerous nature (e.g. boxing)
  • Any event that is regarded fundamentally immoral or  violets  human rights.
  • Protests or marches that are political in nature.
